Is the migration really free?
Yes. Free site migrations are included with every plan, including the $10 Trial plan. There is no per-site migration fee and no cap on the number of sites we will move for you.
How long does a migration take?
Single sites are typically migrated within a few hours of the ticket being opened. Larger networks (50+ sites) are staged over 24–72 hours depending on size. We schedule around your timezone and give you test URLs before you touch DNS.
Will my sites go down during the migration?
No. Your sites stay live on the old host throughout. Once the new copies are ready, you point name servers at the new IPs at your own pace. Most migrations complete with zero visible downtime.
What do you need from me?
Either cPanel/DirectAdmin/Plesk login details for the old host, or a set of exports (zipped files + SQL dumps). A list of the domains you want moved, and any special preferences (scheduled window, specific providers to use, etc.).
Can you migrate from dead or unresponsive hosts?
Often yes, if you have recent backups. Send us what you have; we will tell you if anything is missing before we start.
